Providing 3DS Authentication Details

If you already performed 3DS authentication on your side and have obtained the necessary authentication details, you can provide them to Beam when creating a charge or card authorization to skip the authentication process.

By default, we will not accept 3DS authentication details from your side to ensure the security of the payment process. However, you can request an exemption for your integration, please contact us for review and approval.

For merchants who have been granted the exemption with their account set up, you can provide the 3DS authentication details using the payerAuthenticationDetails object in the request body of charge and card authorization creation APIs for below payment method types:

• Card (CARD)
• Card Token (CARD_TOKEN)
• Card Network Token (CARD_NETWORK_TOKEN)
